Return Policy

Due to the nature of wellness and personal care products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

However, returns may be accepted in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Missing items in the package

Replacement Policy

Replacement requests are accepted if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • The package was tampered with

Replacement Request Time

Customers must contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the order for any replacement request.

Proof Required

To process your request, customers may need to provide:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos
  • Unboxing video (if available)

Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged by the customer

Refund Process

If your replacement or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within a few working days through the original payment method.
